Refund policy
You may return your order within 14 days from the date of receiving it.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. They must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way. Removing the tags makes the item non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
1. Please fill out the return form:

2. Then place the completed return form together with the items you wish to return in the box in which your order was delivered, and send it to:

3. Once we receive your return, we will check that the items are in their original condition. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the customer’s notice of withdrawal from the purchase agreement. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
4. Orders that are not collected by the customer and are returned to GOSSIE by the carrier without a prior notice of withdrawal from the contract will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the parcel. GOSSIE may deduct the actual shipping costs and return shipping costs charged by the carrier from the refund amount.
